Using Offline GPS Map Navigation
So if you want to download Android Offline Maps Navigation for Android, make sure that you have installed the latest version of Google Maps on your device. If you already have installed /updated it on your device, just open Google Maps from your device.
After you open it, press the menu button. The location of the menu button is depending on your device and Android version. It might be either on top or bottom. After you click on the menu button, you will see a clear map, Download Google Maps Offline, setting option & Help options there. Click on make available offline. You will see a square box with a map, pinch out zoom in, or zoom out depending on the area you want to make available offline.
You will see the estimated file size at the bottom. Click on the done button and it will show you a downloading menu. Once you have downloaded this Offline GPS for Android on your device, you can use it whenever you require it.

Note: To download the Free Offline GPS Maps on your device, you must have an active internet connection either from a sim card or from a WiFi connection. You can clear the downloaded map whenever you want from setting page> offline & cache > clear all maps titles & clear my place cache.
